What happens to my free trial data?

Free instances come with 2 user licenses. If a free instance goes unused, it's deleted after 90 days.

What's included in the price?

Everything. The full data model, workflows, Rust triggers, Aspen Builder, the Claude Code plugin, Aspen Miner, and all four API classes.

What happens if I exceed my API or data storage limits?

If API and data storage limits are exceeded, you will be billed reasonable charges based on usage.

Do you offer volume discounts or custom contracts?

No. Every customer pays the same $50 per user per month. No volume discounts, no lock-in, no negotiated enterprise deals. That's deliberate.

How does this compare to Salesforce pricing?

Salesforce's per-seat price varies by edition and is often bundled with required add-ons, sandboxes, and negotiated enterprise contracts. Aspen is one flat $50 per user per month.
