Veeva's story

Veeva got its start in 2007 building a CRM designed specifically for pharmaceutical and biotech sales teams, an industry where a generic CRM never quite fit the way regulated life-sciences companies work. Today, the majority of the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies run their commercial, clinical, and quality operations on Veeva applications.

The Aspen moment

When an early version of Aspen rolled out to the company in early 2026, the sales organization was struck by how Aspen managed all of their customer relationships in the CRM automatically. They didn't have to make any manual updates or merge anything. The Aspen system self-updated every day. And when the ability to customize Aspen via Claude Code arrived, everything changed. Dashboards sprung to life and new apps were born inside Aspen, replacing 3rd party legacy applications.

"I've been selling my entire career, used many different CRMs, and liked none of them. There is so much potential here in Aspen, it's hard to wrap my head around it."
